We collect zero facial data or biometric identifiers of any kind. When you upload a photo for video generation, the App temporarily detects facial landmarks solely for the purpose of aligning your face with the chosen template. Both the original photograph and these temporary facial landmark data points are automatically and permanently deleted immediately upon video generation completion (typically within seconds). No facial information is stored, shared, used for user tracking, identification, profiling, advertising, or any other purpose whatsoever.
VisFancy does not require account registration, user authentication, or the provision of any personal identifiers. We explicitly do not collect the following categories of information:
Photographs you upload are used exclusively for the purpose of generating custom videos within the App. They are processed temporarily on our servers and deleted immediately upon completion of video generation. Generated videos are saved to your device's photo library only if you explicitly choose to save them. We do not access, store, upload, or share your original photos or generated videos beyond the temporary rendering process required to create your video.
The App leverages trusted third-party AI rendering services to facilitate video generation. These service providers process your uploaded photo temporarily on their secure servers solely for the purpose of creating your requested video and do not retain any user data following completion of the rendering process. No personal information is shared with these providers beyond what is strictly necessary to generate your video.
We may collect limited, fully anonymized, and aggregated usage metrics (e.g., app crash reports, feature usage statistics) to improve App performance, stability, and user experience. This aggregated data cannot be linked to individual users and contains no personal identifiers or information that could identify specific individuals.
